It has almost been a year since I came to Lexington Station. It is quiet and nice. There have been a couple of maintenance issues, somethings that have not really been addressed, but overall, I will say it's not bad. Community is clean, which I love!

Love this place! The upgrades are nice with the price of rent increase. It’s in a peaceful area. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Leasing office is very friendly and communicate very well via phone and or text.

We love it here, we’ve lived here 3 years in July! Our maintenance man is the best, he’ll get anything fixed that you need as fast as he can! The office also takes pride in giving back to the kids, which I love!!

Lamentablemente nosotros tenemos que irnos por motivos de trabajo pero me quedo con muy agradable trato por parte de tania, se los recomiendo 100%. Y aparte le preocupa mucho el bienestar de sus residentes, muy linda muchacha y muy carismatica. Los apartamentos estan amplios y bien cuidados solo faltaba buen manejamiento y ahora creo ya todo va estar mejor

Wanted to come on here and rave about our maintenance man. I stay at home during days and I see him every day walking my dog. He’s here early every morning , starts by picking up all the trash around the whole complex, always greets me and my pup and is so nice ! He also comes quick to fix with any maintenance needs! It’s always a good thing to have someone who is nice & hardworking !

I lived at Lexington Station for 3 years and LOVEDDDD it. If the cost of living wasn't so high I would still be there! Miss Margaret in the office is the kindest soul I've probably ever met. She has the best little gatherings/parties (mainly for the kids) and really goes all out for the babies! The apartments felt safe and welcoming. The pool was always clean and plenty of chairs to lay on. It was clean, inside and out, and the couple of maintenance needs I had were addressed immediately (within reason). I miss it honestly, and if Miss Margaret ever decides to give me a coupon for half off, I'll be back!

My family loves it here and absolutely adore our apartment, we are not use to apartment living but home is where the heart is. Never had any big issues with our home but Dale on the maintenance team is on it anytime we have had to put in a request for something that was out of our control and always respectful in our home, if he is out and about on his little cart, he always smiles or waves just to say hi and that in itself is always welcoming. Margaret down in the office is very nice and accommodating if we ever need anything or have questions and she has seasonal parties for everyone in the community like we literally just had a Halloween party where there was food, decorations, candy and even face painting for the kids. We aren’t here long term as we are looking for a house to buy, however we will miss the place when we move on
