I have been here for several years and I am happy to say the Bedrins taking this property over has been the best it’s ever been. Miss Tonia in the office is wonderful about making sure all our concerns are addressed asap which is so refreshing to have someone in here that actually cares about the property and the residents. And Mr James provides top notch maintenance and keeps our property in the best condition it’s ever been. Looking forward to seeing the progress that will be made the longer they are here. Thank you guys for being so wonderful!!! It’s appreciated more than you know.

Ever since Bedrin has taken over Lexington station apartments, it's been a very nice, clean, pet friendly place to live. Maintenance is on point every time I need him. Tonya in the front office is very sweet and helps anyway she can!

My own personal experience as a tenant has been been quaint...living wise people are cordial and in general respectful...Tania Aguayo has proven to be a great asset to the community...since her arrival I have seen marked influence in the spread of information and expressions of concern for the general welfare if tenants...her enthusiasm for the job makes me personally feel like I'm part of a community that while ever changing is still at its core not a bad place to live...

Love this place! The upgrades are nice with the price of rent increase. It’s in a peaceful area. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Leasing office is very friendly and communicate very well via phone and or text.

We love it here, we’ve lived here 3 years in July! Our maintenance man is the best, he’ll get anything fixed that you need as fast as he can! The office also takes pride in giving back to the kids, which I love!!

Been living here for about 2 years I can definitely say if you want live in a community that constantly cares about your feedback and plans activities or festivities with residents like yourself. This is the place to live. Super grateful for our management and staff for taking care of the apartment property and our homes.
